Conduct validation and troubleshooting of pneumatic circuits, PLC/IO systems, and control panels. Inspect field wiring, perform logic testing, and validate automation sequences. Carry out dimensional inspections in the assembled condition using appropriate tools and reference drawings. Analyse and interpret SPC (Statistical Process Control) data to maintain process quality. Prepare and distribute detailed inspection and validation reports; ensure timely resolution NG points. Interface with customers during inspections and handle technical queries to ensure smooth validation and sign-off.
